Foundation - Investment $180 p/month

Our Foundation package is perfect if you just need your website maintained and a little bit of assistance with basic content management.

Suitable for WordPress sites:

  • between 5 and 15 pages (plus an average of one blog post added per week)
  • up to 5 standard or premium plugins
  • located on a quality hosting platform

Includes the following:

  • Offsite, secure backups - daily database, weekly complete site
  • Security monitoring - notification and blocking of brute-force login attempts, malware scanning, and monitoring
  • Uptime monitoring - the website is pinged every 5 minutes, alerting us when it is down
  • Website statistics via Google Analytics - delivered to your WordPress Dashboard
  • Maintenance of your sites core software and plugins
  • Integrated user manual, includes many video tutorials on completing common admin tasks like adding blog posts, pages and images

Enhanced - Investment $240 p/month

Our Enhanced plan is perfect if you are adding features or functionality to your website on a regular basis.

Suitable for WordPress sites:

  • between 10 and 20 pages (plus up to three blog posts added per week)
  • up to 7 standard or premium plugins
  • located on a quality hosting platform

It includes all of the Foundation benefits plus UNLIMITED* small tasks to assist you in managing the content on your website.

Platinum - Investment $360 p/month

Our Platinum plan is designed for those who are serious about getting a return on their investment.

Suitable for WordPress sites:

  • 20 plus pages (plus up to five blog posts added per week)
  • up to 10 premium plugins
  • located on a quality hosting platform

It includes all of the benefits above plus one monthly strategy consulting session to help you stay clear about your objectives and remain accountable.

Notes

All support sessions are conducted by telephone or Skype.

*Unlimited small tasks include any task that takes us less than 30 minutes to complete and typically covers things like adding a testimonials section or a staff profile section to your website. These tasks do not cover advanced features such as a complete online shop or membership section.

Additional support hours may be purchased separately at our hourly rate (minimum one-hour blocks)

There is no contract for any of these plans and you are free to cancel anytime. These plans are offered on a subscription basis and do need to be paid monthly in advance.
